From its reception, rice is constantly under control. This assures a perfect traceability of all the operations.

SUIVRE "L'USINAGE" DU RIZ


CLEANING

A sorter combining the screen effect of grid with holes and the density effect by air depressio. This sorter is the same than the one used to clean rice after harvesting.
A magnetic sorter. The flow of rice passes through a cone with magnetic inner surface traping all metallic particules.
All the feet of the rice elevators are equiped of magnetic traps.


HUSKING

Two huskers : Rice goes between two rubber rolls in rotation one on the other. A pneumatic assistance generates a presure of friction during the process. The husked rice fall down into a depressurized chamber where the husk is extracted. A compressor excrete this husk out of the system into a specific silo.
Two tables to separate the paddy. Only husked rice may progress in the system.

SORTING

Grading table. A table composed by several levels of grid with holes is livened up by a back and forth movement on the length and on the width. The type of grid allows to adjust the sorting to different product families. Rice is calibrated according to its length.
Alveolus cylinder. Rice falls down into the bottom of an alveolus cylinder in rotation. The size of the alveolus is made to keep only the broken rice. By changing the speed of the rotation we fix the pourcentage of broken rice into the final product.
Streaked cylinder. A cylinder whose the inner surface is constituted of grid at streaked light is livened up by a ratative movement.
Rice doesn’t have the size to pass through the streaks.
Storage cells. Two lines of independent storage cells, one for the final product and the other for the by-products.
Volumetric measuring system. Depending on the quality of the products, by-product are incorporated into it during the loadind of the truck with a volumetric measuring system.







MANUFACTURING

Whitening cone. The product goes sucessively through tree whitening cones set up in series. A stone made of Emeri shaped like a cylinder turns inside a grid at steaked light. The fine space between the grid and the stone lead to polishing the product. The flour of the rice is evacuated across the streaks of the grid and stored in a stecific silo.
A polisher. Same principle than the whitening cone. It is less intense and contribute to dust the rice from its flour to give it a crystalline aspect.
